As a musician, Leslie Stevens has worked since 1975 in jazz, musical theater, cabaret, concert, recital and avant garde venues as an improvising singer, pianist, vocal performance artist, classical singer and composer. She especially dedicates herself to the performance of contemporary works. Leslie breathes new life into the concert format with interesting juxtapositions, humor, an approachable performance style and multi-media presentations. Leslie's performing range is unusually wide, from Renaissance to jazz, opera, spoken word and performance art.
